2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable. The provider processes, on our behalf, data generated when you visit the website (e.g. IP address, time of access). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and efficient website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When you access the website, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used for technical security and is deleted after a short time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form and e-mail delivery

When you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message) and technical transmission data in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. To deliver the notification and confirmation e-mails we use an e-mail service provider acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. To prevent spam we automatically check a hidden form field and the time taken to fill in the form; no profiling takes place. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display our location. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded after your explicit consent. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google and possibly forwarded to servers in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited applies. You initiate the contact on your own initiative. We recommend that you do not send sensitive data via WhatsApp.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics services. Only technically necessary information is stored in your browser's local storage: the language you selected and your privacy settings, i.e. your consent to load the Google map and to send the contact form. You can grant these two consents separately; they are stored on your device and remain valid on later visits until you withdraw them. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Privacy settings" link in the footer or by clearing your browser data. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the consent-based features, § 25(2) TDDDG for the strictly necessary storage.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Consent given can be withdrawn at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Baden-Württemberg.
